Project Management
I can manage your development to help you to achieve your technical requirements within the time and budget that you have. Project Management competence according to ICB4, the international standard on competence for project, program and portfolio managers. Please challenge me to get your project to a success!
Risk Analysis
Whatever you develop, safety first. To analyse the risk I have worked on Design Failure and Effect Analysis (D-FMEA) where we link our test plan and results with the actual D-FMEA. All respecting VDA and AIAG requirements.
Supplier Development
Your suppliers’ performance is key to the benefit of the organization. I have a huge network of suppliers all over the world where I can always find the most suitable supplier for a certain product or develop the supplier for it. There is nothing we can not make!
Turbochargers
I can help you to find and design the suitable Turbocharger for your application. You want to fit a 'of the shelf' Turbocharger? I can find the right fit for you. You want to design your own? Also no problem. Just let me know your requirements and constrains and I make you a proposal.
Electrical Air Compressor
There are electrical compressors for internal combustion engines as well as for air compressors for fuel cell systems. There are limited products available in the market and a lot of developments are ongoing. I have personally worked on several of these developments and still actively involved in this promising technology.
Thermodynamic Calculations
You have your engine or fuel cell system targets and you are looking for a Turbocharger or Electrical Compressor that can help you to achieve the targets. Now you want to know if this is reasonable and how to select them? I can help you to analyze the targets and report the feasibility and a technical proposal.
